It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant/high level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body. This product may be used to preclean or decontaminate critical or semi-critical medical devices prior to sterilization or high-level disinfection.

Disinfection/Virucidal*/Mildew Control Directions: Preclean prior to disinfection. Apply to hard, nonporous surfaces as required. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Wipe clean with a cloth or tissue.

SANITIZER DIRECTIONS: OdoBan® RTU is a sanitizer for precleaned, hard and nonporous nonfood contact surfaces according to the method for Inanimate Nonfood Contact Surface Sanitizer in 60 seconds against germs †such as Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Escherichia coli 0157:H7 (E. coli) (pathogenic strain), Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Sanitizing: Remove heavy soil, then thoroughly clean surfaces. To sanitize, apply to nonfood contact surfaces as required. Let stand 60 seconds then wipe.

WHERE TO USE
OdoBan® Ready-to-Use (RTU) is noncorrosive and nonstaining to plastic, vinyl, synthetics, enamel, tile and most common metals. OdoBan® RTU can be used on nonporous surfaces such as walls, tables, floors, chairs, countertops, bathroom fixtures, sinks, shelves, racks and carts. OdoBan® RTU may be used in hospitals, medical and dental offices, nursing homes, daycare centers, nurseries, restaurants and bars, cafeterias, institutional facilities, public restrooms, institutions, schools, athletic facilities, campgrounds, playgrounds, public facilities, transportation terminals, hotels and motels, factories, business and office buildings, buses, ambulances, trains and taxis.

HOW TO APPLY
Spray 6-8 inches from surface. Clean with a brush, sponge or cloth. Do not breathe spray.

DEODORIZER DIRECTIONS:
Air Freshener, Porous Surfaces: Apply a light spray into the air or onto surfaces such as upholstery, drapes, bedding, carpet, A/C filters, etc.

Hard Surfaces: Apply directly to odor source such as garbage pails, bedpans, hampers, toilets, shower curtains, fireplaces, athletic and work shoes, etc. Use in sick rooms, closets, basements or anywhere there are odors.

DISINFECTION DIRECTIONS: OdoBan® RTU is a Hospital Disinfectant for precleaned surfaces, Bactericidal according to the AOAC Use Dilution Test Method, Virucidal* according to the virucidal qualification, Fungicidal according to the Fungicidal AOAC Use Dilution Test Method and a Mildewstat according to the EPA Mildew-Fungistatic guidelines against germs such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella choleraesius, Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), VancomycinResistant Enterococcus faecalis (VREF), Escherichia coli (E. coli) 0157:H7, Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Listeria monocytogenes, Serratia marcescens, *Herpes Simplex Type 2, *Influenza A/Hong Kong, Aspergillus niger.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals CAUTION—Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.

FIRST AID
Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.

If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Store in areas inaccessible to small children. Do not reuse container. Wrap and put in trash.
